Job Description:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing all marketing efforts for the Company, a regional photography agency. The Company’s marketing consists of print and online advertising, direct mail and emails, search engine optimization and Adwords, as well as database maintenance, which includes gathering and entering new contacts, updating existing contacts and removing old contacts. The Company’s customers reside primarily in Europe, USA and some countries within Asia.

The Company is looking for an energetic, experienced marketing manager who is comfortable analyzing a set of objectives and proposing efficient, cost-effective solutions. The position also requires detail-oriented project management skills in order to manage a project from start to finish. The Marketing Manager will be working with people within the Company as well as publications, design agencies and other businesses outside of the Company.

Fluent English speaking and writing is a must.

Job Tasks:

• Stay current with developments in the stock photography industry and apply knowledge to marketing efforts.

• Maintain advertising relationships with existing publications and create new advertisements when appropriate.

• Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns and materials to support trade show events.

• Work with graphic designers to create both external and internal marketing materials.

• Maintain a steady schedule of PR efforts to a network of news outlets.

• Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts and Google Adsense campaigns.

• Manage Marketing Database (MS Outlook) by adding new contacts, updating existing contacts and removing invalid contacts on an ongoing basis.
