Looking for an infrared sauna in CM!

Featured Replies

Hey people i am looking for a place in Chiang Mai that has an infrared sauna, any recommendations?

Aren't you the guy who drinks turpentine?

I'd think that you'd be wanting to keep well away from infrared heat sources, wouldn't you?

Or is it going to be a hot time in the Old Town tonight? :gigglem:

 My apologies!

I mistook you for this guy, who also calls himself "Sun Fruit Dan", and advocates ingesting turpentine (which has a flash point of between 32 and 46 degrees celsius).

Sorry for the mixup. Enjoy your sauna! :D

also Tao Garden has a large one.

I left CM after ten years and returned to the US. Wasn't feeling that great and finally got diagnosed with high mercury levels. Perhaps I was eating too much fish but suspect the ever present burning was part of the issue.

If I still lived there would buy a portable IR sauna and have it shipped in.

The IR can create a deep sweat to help remove heavy metal buildup's.

Interesting.  How is Palm Springs?

Do you have any metal fillings in your mouth?  Can't imagine 10 years in Chiang Mai alone would give you a high level of mercury toxicity.  Thanks for mentioning Tao Garden BTW.

No current amalgams but I understand when I had a few replaced in Thailand btw they didn't follow procedures to prevent a large release during the removal.

A lot of people are getting diagnosed with this recently. Tony Robbins the motivational speaker guy had such high levels from eating fish his physician was gravely concerned.

Do a some google searches about mercury in Thailand and you will learn the Chao Praya river has super high levels and a lot of fish are farmed there. Also world organizations are trying to get medical waste disposed of without burning and clean up the growing amount of coal burning powerplants.

A recent new source are these skin whitening creams which have mercury and used all over Asia. Would have to figure its getting back into the environment.

My GF used to use those creams so contact issues possible also.

The good news is after a few months of treatment I have my levels into a much safer range.

Chris Shade in the US is considered one of the top authorities on mercury detox.
