Any Muay Thai School in CM which offer ED Visa?

Featured Replies

The policy of Thai Embassies world wide changed recently to be as follows:-

  • Please note that we can NOT issue the Non-Immigrant visas for study Muay Thai, Dive Training, Massage School, Studying Thai Language, Meditation, etc. without a letter from the Thai Ministry of Education approving the study. In addition, Non-Immigrant visas will NOT be issued for such purposes as tourism, visiting friends, seeking employment opportunities, looking for a school for teaching or studying purposes, etc.

Thus be very suspicious of any of the above business types who guarantee you a non-Imm category ED visa, They may suddenly quote you a force-majeure reason after you have paid you fees why their supporting paperwork isn't sufficient to satisfy the officials in your home country's Thai Embassy.... :wai2:

I know all this. School simply must be accredited by Thai Ministry of Education and then everything is fine.

You can find schools like that e.g. in BKK I am not sure about CM.

Here you have an example

For now I just found Combat School in CM which can do that but I am more into Muay Thai.

And what does that have to do with his question? Of COURSE schools have to be accredited and be able to present the proper paperwork for the visa.

I got one in 2012, but a lot more difficult now.  Although I trained at my leisure, I never had to "officially" attend. I believe those days are long gone.

No sure why you write this. Nobody needs this, zero useful information.
