That would mean 25 x 4 + 100 x 4 + 150x 9 =1.850 cals a day. 

I also count my calories.. but I got set meals that i know how much they are. Is it not hard to eat 150g of fat ? I mean usually fat is combined with carbs or protein. Just curious here.

Not usually that difficult at all! I like to use coconut oil, butter, olive oil. I also eat my fair share of avocados and use coconut cream as well. The green vegetables are a great vessels for the fat. I aim for between 1500 to 1800 calories.
