I agree with Ben Zioner that 100K is such a small amount for sin sot that it smacks of financial desperation. Tell him whatever he wants to hear in order to get your hands on the cash. Beware of entering into agreements (anywhere, but especially here) where you perform your side of the agreement first based on the promise of future performance by the other party.- 1
