A "resort" with nobody there to collect the rent? Nobody knows who claims to be the owner? I'm reminded of Wang Nam Khiaw, where there was a big house and nobody knew who had built it. There was nobody living in it yet, and the workers who built it had no idea. The contractor wouldn't say. Eventually it came out that it belonged to Prime Minister General Chavalit's wife. Later there were a bunch more and some resorts that it took them quite a long time to get rid of.
