Size 34/35 shoes for women..shop in Bangkok

I'm looking for somewhere in Bangok that sells women's shoes size 34/35. Size 34s would be ideal.

They also need to be of reasonable price..So...shoes around 500 baht give or take a couple of hundred baht

I thought bkk would be full of shops with Womens size 34/35, but nope!  They are surprisingly difficult to find and I've looked in maybe 40-50-60 shops/stalls now.

Most smaller shops start at size 36 for women. The same for Tesco and Big C.  Some Lotus/big C have size 35, but their 35 is too large for my friend.

Some higher end shops and Robinsons/Zen dept store have the shoes but they are starting at 1500-2000 baht, which is out of the price range wanted.

There most be some store in Bkk catering for smaller sizes???

I buy a lot of shoes for my wife, in the 35/36 size. The size will vary from brand to brand.

To be honest, unless you pay the 1500 - 2000 baht, the shoes will fall apart quickly. Even the more expensive ones don't last. Unless we catch them on sale in the malls, I usually pay at least 2000 baht for a shoe, and that's only average quality. If you want leather or suede, expect to pay well over 3000 baht.

So the point is, why spend so much  time shopping for junk, because that's all you'll get for 500 baht.

Sorry not to be able to answer the OP but a comment about the above. Thai women know exactly the quality of shoes, handbags and dresses they are getting for a few hundred baht. The whole is idea is to wear them while they gleam, shoot a dozen selfies, post them on FB and then when the shine comes off in a couple of weeks to toss the stuff and go off shopping again.

What to hold on for keeps is brand names. But then you are talking serious money.

That maybe true for some people, but I need to buy shoes for my wife, and if they are bad quality I have to buy again and again.

The biggest problem with any non-leather shoes is the plastic/polyurethane coating. Even if you don't use them, it will start to peel off quickly. I've bought quite a few 2000+ handbags and shoes for my wife that were ruined before she had a chance to use them. High heat and humidity destroys these quickly.

The Playboy brand has been the most durable brand so far and we're tried many. By cheap I mean in the 2000 - 3000 for bags and shoes. Sometimes you can get them on sale for 50% discount.

We're looking at around the 500 baht range.

There are MANY shoes available at this range..

But size 34/35 can be more problematic

It was pretty obvious that I was suggesting that shoes in that price range are a waste of money, unless you want them to last a few weeks or months. Take it from a lady who has been buying shoes in Thailand for 10 years, in all price ranges. All shoes in that price range are rubbish, no exceptions. It's false economy thinking you're getting something cheap if it doesn't last... and that's apart from the fact that they will be very badly designed and not good for the feet.

Anyway, enough said. Good luck with your quest.

yes, it is surprisingly difficult to find size 34 shoes in Thailand that don't look like schoolgirl shoes!

your best bet are still the markets. better go to a big one.

The girls shoes would be an option, but here most of the girls shoes are Pink or adorned with cartoon characters and sparkles.

I might have a look out at some bigger markets...

if you are looking for more sexy shoes, the street stalls near entertainment districts might also be a place where you can find that size.

and I would also visit Udon Thani.

many women there have small feet.

This friend was able to find them around markets in Khon Khan, so might be a case of little feet there too.

I had this pre conception for a long time now that most Thai women have small feet, but I don't think that can be correct at all.

One other issue seems to be many shops in the second tier malls are small , so they limit their size range. So you can get ten shoe shops in a mall but they all have the same limited size range. They say they don't stock 34/35 becasue they are harder to sell.

Unlike suggested here by someone, the second tier malls have literally scores, probably hundreds of shoe shops with price range of 200-800 baht shoes...

Mate your missing the point....there is a budget...and unless your woman is 200 kilos the shoes last lone enough for most, previous TGF always bought around the 5 to 600 mark wear for 6 months then a new pair..but she was 45 kgs and was light on the heels.....
