Do you mean the free shuttle bus service to Promenada Mall.  It's on their website:

http://www.promenadachiangmai.com/en/news-events/Update Shuttle Bus schedule/30

Only "half-good" for those who need a retirement extension, but OK for all other services at Immigration Promenada, including extensions for tourist visas.  The first shuttle of the day doesn't arrive until after noon.

Doesn't hurt to stay a while, do some shopping and maybe see a movie while you're there, to show some appreciation for the the free shuttle.
