Russians are worse than Thais for drink driving. As for these animals fleeing the scene and leaving people dying.. They deserve all that's coming their way. My best mate got killed in a hit & run when he was out biking with my brother. The impact on families and friends was horrendous, even now, 8 years later.

I had no idea that the Russian guys were druggies,   and

were also responsible for breaking into peoples homes.
