If you consider your sight it priceless, go to Rutnin, if you think its worth less than 52K, go elsewhere. Ive had two ops at Rutnin, both detached retinas. One of the worlds best.

A bit scaremongery

i had a retina detachment operated on at EENT hospital Bangkok, excellent doctor and staff,  a third of the price of Bangkok hospital Rayong and done sooner by 2 days. - https://www.facebook.com/eenthospitalfanpage/?rf=200029990032379

Pattaya Eye Clinic, behind Big C Extra on Pattaya Klang. Good Doctor, reasonable prices. This Doctor used to practice at Bangkok Pattaya Hospital and Pattaya International Hospital. Dr. Nat, something like that. He's the only one and the hours are limited so search this or go by.

When i started getting eye trouble i went to this guy who told me i had a cataract in one eye that needed doing straight awsy cost 52k and that the other eye had the start of one. Well after paying him a few thousand for eye drops etc etc i wanted a second opinion as it did not seem that bad.eventually went to Queen Siraket here was told i had a very small cateract in one eye and the other eye no problem and thst i would not need an operation for a long time and that also had pressure in my eyes which must be brought down ( gloucoma) but no damadge after trying various drops which didnt work i got the ones that did more expensive but no big deal . This was 3 years ago and i have just been informed that the cateract in one eye might have to be done in a year or so.
As for the first private guy behind big c .he can stick his opinions where the monkey sticks his nuts .like most private doctors he may be good but just wants your money asap..
The presure in my eyes is normal and the other eye still is not affected by a cataract

Anyway, who believes one doctor anywhere in the world ?

Check 3 or 5 and then you might know the truth !
