Police search the shophouse on Bangkok’s Soi Sukhumvit 56 Tuesday where the dismembered body was found inside a cold storage.

 

BANGKOK — Two of three foreigners arrested Friday for concealing a corpse and forging passports were by police Tuesday as being U.S. nationals.

 

The U.S embassy confirmed two suspects who held American passports, 33-year-old Aaron Gabel and 66-year-old James Eger, were both U.S. citizens, according to Maj. Gen. Suwat Chaengyotsuk.

Leader of passport forgery gang may face murder charge

BANGKOK: -- THE US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has confirmed that two passport forgery suspects arrested in Friday’s raid on a Bangkok building are US citizens - but the nationality and true identity of a third man, the suspected gang leader who allegedly held around 10 passports, has still not been established.

 

Immigration Police chief Pol Lt-General Natthorn Phrosunthorn said yesterday that Aaron Thomas Gabel and James Douglas Eger had been confirmed as Americans.

There is a lot more going on with these psychos than is being reported, guns - dead bodies - FBI - passports ....................................... some real sick s*** that has not been uncovered or the Thai police simply don't know how to report or deal with it.....................I'm still going with the pedophile ring, just can't see anything else that fits..............but something really sick

Some have hypothesized that there was some murder then take assets thing going on, especially dealing with older people.  They just tend to have less friends, relatives, contacts, etc.  Their pensions or cash or accounts were compromised or the bad guys basically kind of took over their identities and kept the incomes coming.  Many possible variations there.  Little mention is made of the Thais involved, the one that I think I read the gal bought the building.  Got to investigate the local Thai involvement to get the whole picture.
