Learning to ride

Featured Replies

Hello,

I am not sure if I post this in the right section (maybe it should be in "courses in thailand"?), but I am looking for lessons on how to ride a "big" bike near Bangkok. I saw that Honda had a few lessons per months, but all in thai, and I'm not exactly sure if they are made for beginners.

I used to have a scooter, but it was an automatic, so I guess I'll just need the basic on how to operate the clutch and gears (which seem to be exactly the same as manual cars).

If any of you guys have information on a big bike school in bkk (or near), please let me know.

Thanks.

Honda at least in Phuket provides riding courses from all beginner automatic scooter to advanced big bike riding. They have instructors which can speak english (at least to a level where you can understand what they mean). They are also the only brand with their own little tracks as far as I know. I suggest you talk to Bigwing in BKK.
