Hi,

Anyone know the best place to get my phone fixed on Ko Samui.

It's no longer turning on, charging or connecting to itunes so I'm desperately needing this to be fixed. I have insurance with carphone warehouse in the UK but guessing this isnt transferable, any tips on where to go would be hugely appreciated.

There is an Apple Reseller in the car park in front of Tesco Lotus Chaweng. Its about two shops along from 3BB internet shop.

Called iStudio or something like that. They used to have a repair centre next door, but it was locked last week.

The shop itself is open, selling Apple products, so it might be worth trying them..

Last time I checked not so long ago,  with Ibeats (the store you mentioned)  They do not do repairs ... they never did open the ICare part of the store.

I would suggest trying Boyd at MNet, just up the road from Tesco mall, almost before Makro, (same side of the road as Makro)....

My ipad needs repairing.

I note the suggestion above, but from an internet search, he does not seem to be reliable. Is this the same guy?

Locked because libelous comments in linked article...

I spoke to the party concerned and being accused of the "rip off"... And article not telling the whole story, the person / store owner who is mentioned this story on Facebook and then printed in Samui Times, may find that legal action could be taken and face 100,000 baht fine...

More to the story than reported... shame!
