Unashamed Plug

Featured Replies

This is an unashamed plug for these guys.

I have been buying my sediment filters from them fro a couple of years, half the price of HomePro.

It came time for me to replace the carbon in my filter. Half the price of Homepro, ฿129/kg cheapest in HomePro, ฿65/kg at Duan filter

Where do you know MY shop from

There are more extreme price differences.

Simple 5 micron (10 inch) sediment filter cartridges:

100 to 150 (!) Baht in our local home marts (worst was Global with 300 !!! I laughed at them).

20 to 25 Baht from this shop (directly from the freight ship at Laem Chabang I guess).

I should, of course, give credit to BenqQ for turning me onto them in the first place!

I've had a couple of filtering systems and when the elements are finished they are usually difficult to replace even when it's confirmed that they are available before you buy the system...so I gave up...

recently we've discovered a bulk water vendor right under our noses, 20 baht (!) for a 5 usgal bottle (that you buy separately and return for filling) and it really tastes good! just like a filtering system when it is new...worthwhile to investigate in your area...
