Brokers specialized in buildings for offices and hotels

Hallo

I have some foreign customers willing to invest in Asia in buildings for office, luxury estates and hotels/resorts.

Rather than checking single ads here and there I would like to know if anybody knows a good broker/office in Thailand  specialized in this kind of market.

Investors are extremely wealthy businessmen and are mostly interested in buying whole buildings/businesses not spared units.

First thing that springs to mind would be CBRE Thailand. They are specialized in research  of residential/commercial/industrial estate and publish reports every quarter. Their opinion is fairly valued here in Thailand and I highly recommend reading into their publications before investing here.

 

They also act as a broker and you can look on their homepage if you are interested in some commercial property. In case there is nothing that fits your budget/expectations then just contact them with you requirements.
