Turning Bottle Beer into Draft Beer!

Featured Replies

The science seems plausible. I would note that having someone buy a unit and comment on it here lends credibility as well.

  • More info please OP. Where did you get it, price etc. This is like dangling a carrot in front of a donkey.

  • Well, that takes me back: Real Ale, just off the cool. I lived in Somerset, the home of Exmoor Ale. I could use one right now!

  • For 150 $, this drafted beer has to taste good ?. If foam is, what tour taste improves, I have a cheaper solution. Use 2 glasses. Fill first glass up to desired height. Pure some beer in sec

sound waves to control the process of converting the beer’s natural carbonation into an ideal Micro-Foam, comprised of uniformed sized bubbles with the perfect density that delivers enhanced aroma, flavor and mouth-feel.

I really love the taste so much better than from the bottle

Have a Problem:

The beer gets sound waves that means the liquid moves, so carbon dioxide is freed and creates foam, may be even smooth one. But will not be too much carbon dioxide freed so the beer gets pale quickly?

Normally, I prefer to drink the liquid, not the foam. As you skip the glass during drinking the foam will be on the surface and you drink the beer automatically.

The only way to enjoy the foam is either slurp the beer or drink it "ex" ?

Oh, I skipped one posting.

I see you used to drink the beer right out of the bottle or can, so the crude way, not out of a glass.

Then, the improved taste is understandable.

Now I understand the way it works.

It's different to my Japanese draft system.

But principles are the same.

You can pack the device with ice to keep the beer cold for a long time since the device is sealed

It is not really draught. It is still pasteurised and has no living yeast. More like Keg. Think Watney's Red Barrel!!!

Wow that takes me back. First pint I ever bought at age 15 for 1 shilling and sixpence at the pub behind the firestation in Ashton under Lyne. Progressed onto Whitbread Tankard then.
