PM not looking for faults in ministry officials: govt

By The Sunday Nation

The prime minister has no intention of trying to find faults in state officials when making visits to ministries on short notice, government spokesman Lt-General Sansern Kaewmkamnerd said yesterday.

He said that PM Prayut Chan-o-cha made short-notice visits because he did not want to receive formal welcoming ceremonies.
He said Prayut wanted to see the progress of work himself and hear about problems affecting projects.

Exactly, faults should be found as far away from home as possible so no chance of any criticism or comeback from any link no matter how tenuous.

However i do believe he loves the welcoming ceremonies as he looks the type who revels in being fawned over.

Why do you say that, any examples?

You need specifics !

He's ex-senior army, hiso and now PM and used to being ' someone ' or do you think he's cut from an entirely different cloth and really rejects what's standard practice ?

Have you instances where he's proved he's different to the usual elite and I don't think ' because he says it ' will do.

Who fronts a nightly, completely unnecessary, TV show, and who was "penned" and released two songs since seizing power...

Anyone who is uncertain of the nature of the Great Defender might read the handy list of "Prime ministerial viewpoints" in his Wiki entry.

It would do the country a lot of good if he were to be looking for faults in government officials.  An examination of their bank accounts might be a good start.

Next month this quiet, unassuming person will, without any hint of pride, present his annual new year address detailing all the magnificent successes his junta have achieved this year and won't accept a single word of thanks as it's not his style.

As if there was any to find.

I guess "seek and ye shall find" is out of the window then!

How do you find fault with people who are out playing Golf, in bed with a Mia Noi or running another business or two on the side ?
