Khom Loy (Floating Lanterns)

Anyone know where to buy Khom Loy (Floating Lanterns) in Hangdong-Chiang Mai?  Past years they were sold in many places.  But, this year I have not seen any for sale.  I've read that tonight launching the lanterns is permitted. Thanks.

We saw some last night down soi 7 off of the north end Moon Muang..., not far along from Nes Cafe. I'm only guessing here but I reckon you will find some at some of the traditional local markets.

Haven't seen any for sale this year. My guess is that they will only be available in the old city tonight - maybe tomorrow. That's it.

Found some, but not easy.  Khom Loy are permitted this year, but many Thais believe they are not appropriate this year.  I found my Khom Loy near Kasem Store in Kad Luang.  Had to ask, they were not on display.
