Combination or NAT HIV testing in Chiang Mai

Does anybody know of a hospital or clinic that does combination (antibody-antigen) or NAT HIV  testing?

 

Regular (antibody type) HIV testing generally only gives an accurate result after about 12 weeks whereas the types above are accurate within about 6 weeks.
