Jingthing Posted February 26, 2017 Share Posted February 26, 2017 (edited) It's heartening that the excellent and brilliant new DNC chairman TOM PEREZ is explicitly trying to channel the anti-trump RESISTANCE (by name) in his worthy efforts to rebuild the democrat party. He gets it. This is the democrat's version of the tea party but the tea party was reactionary, the resistance is PROGRESSIVE. I did find it interesting that in his acceptance speech he didn't speak of impeachment, but acknowledged the probability that we are stuck with the trump the full four year term. I don't think that means he's ruling out impeachment, but that really isn't his role. His role is rebuild the party from the ground up and start winning more races at EVERY level. Such as facts like trump is a CON MAN explaining why he got only a tiny portion of votes in his HOME CITY. Knowing stuff is GOOD. Just might prevent people from doing stuff that deeply goes against their own self interest that they will live to REGRET. Bad, very REGRETTABLE stuff like voting for trump. Oh well! trump voters ... some of them I assume are good people. Maybe some of them will learn a harsh lesson from their MISTAKE and get it together next time.
