Have you checked the shop outside makro chaengwattana?

 

There's another big one at kanchana phisek, between rama5 and rattanathibet, about halfway...strange building with a round steel roof. On the left side if you come from rama5 and very big shop for stainless cookware professional.

 

Or take a walk in chinatown, they sure have it.

 

 

Rama-4 from the Phra Khanong end has about 20 food service equipment stores in the first 2 miles.

Pretty good chance you'll find what you need around there.
