Any suggestions after this years fiasco?

Personally I suggest we run nominations for about 12 seconds. The top 40 are then voted on in another 12 second round.

Voting for the top 5 could be conducted in a 10 second final heat.

That should stop someone logging on under a different name 39 times.

 

 

For sure "something" has to be done or the school boys will be at it again, but I don't think this years school boys will be at it again though...

It only takes 1 second to tick a box. 2 if you are a bit slow.

Maybe have a 3 month countdown and keep voting open for 10 seconds?

The whole thing is a joke, hillarious watching adults actually want to win an award, by actively trolling themselves. The last three contests have been farcical

Seems like you are giving a very good reason for not taking part in the process, Transam. Why bother opening yourself up to defamation? Will you be in the process next time around?

If members put Trans forward I will go with it....I cannot reject folk who have heard me sing chap....

Then you need to take the dissappointment of losing with a bit more grace. No offence meant, but you are coming accross as a poor loser. It's only an internet forum, not real life.

 

Personally I think voting station should be open for 12 hours only.

Polling is up to the individual.
