Featured Replies

I Had a heart attack 3 weeks ago and suffered a blood clot to one of my main arteries, have had 6 stents fitted and now on the road to recovery, I have given up the fags now the last one being 3 weeks ago, I have smoked for 30 years and have managed to give up without the aid of patches, vaping,or medicines, and it's going Well, my point is if I can do it with just will power then anyone can,it's all in the mind, now when I crave a cigarette I eat a square of chocolate instead.

Just don't think you can have a few blasts at the 6 month mark (or anytime in the future) just to see how it tasted.

Sometimes it takes a shock like a heart attack to trigger your body to reject cigarettes.

I have as yet to find a way to quit, and I don't want  heart attack to convince me to do do it, but I have tried to quit 100 times and nothing seems to work, but I commend you on your progress, I hope you can keep it up.

Best Of Luck

Where did you buy the Champix tabs?

Our Thai nephew wants to quit smoking, he's now switched to eCigs, which I think might not be all that great.
