Multi O visa, 15 months still doable?

Is it still possible to garner 12+ months from a Multi O (based on marriage)? i.e leave and return just before it expires for another 90 days beyond original expiry date...

Yes. Still possible.

It is still possible but now a days getting a one year Multi entry Non O visa is much more difficult in the U.S. and Europe than it was in October  2010 when i got my first Non O multi entry one year retirement  visa.

 

Edit: Sorry you mrntioned a visa based on marriage. But basically the same reply is still valid.
