Just one point, would the potential blackmailer actually go to the police, etc., and report you. Often they wouldn't want the possible public attention it might bring. There is no defence on false promise or look at the way he/she was dressed or he/she led me on. Rape is when you instigate sex against the other person's will or carry on when the other person says NO. All I would say and I only speak for myself if and I hope it will never happen I got rapped by woman or man I would go to the police and demand an enquiry on it sod the so called disgrace or shame. I thought I could make money online and once my money ran out, kept drinking on a tab. The tab is out of control, so they took my passport to stop me running away. I get an allowance every month from Germany that I give to them as soon as it arrives. Every month I am getting more and more in debt. My boyfriend is my way out. They don't know he is coming.
