Man, 26, pleads guilty to brutally murdering victim for iPhone

BANGKOK: -- Kittikorn Wikaha, 26, yesterday pleaded guilty at Bangkok’s Ratchadapisek Criminal Court to stabbing to death university graduate Wasin Luangjame for his iPhone 6 in a January 4 robbery.

 

But the alleged getaway motorist Supatchai Jansri, 25, denied murder and the court judge will examine evidence at a session set for February 27.

And thank god the police were smart enough to have him do the reenactment. He could have walked if it wasn't for this key piece of evidence.

confession or not - still death penalty for this scum

 

 

The police had enough on this scum to convict without confession so why bother with it when it could count towards a more lenient outcome - I truly hope it doesn't

there is no death penalty in reality in thailand, it is just lip service to the tree huggers, bloody do gooder in the world, who let scum like this live and by pleading guilty his sentence will be halved, as he was caught bang to rights on cctv, it was his only option

Depending on how much of his life he has already spent in prison; he may not really care that much.  Most lifers become institutionalized . Others just prefer having someone tell them when to eat , sleep, go to the rec yard etc.  In 25 years, I have sentenced many that were in and out of jail so often that they could care less about going back in. 

Anyway , a lot of them are just using up good oxygen.

I find this a very strange statement coming from a current judge,would you also say this in the court room?
