Meaning a "Khwie-Lec," a walk behind rice paddy tool,  they are not fitted with a pto ,at least not the new ones ,some older ones   like  the large walk behind rotavators ,I would say they are not compatible , especially   with a new  spading machine, being imported as well.

So how about a  small second hand imported tractor and a second hand ,or new small rotavator .

Thanks KS.

A 4-wheel tractor would not be safe in the place I want to use it. A rotavator would make the soil too "fluffy". I just want to incorporate some organic materials into previously prepared soil.

In that case, I think a regular Thai 2-wheel tractor with some discs or tines will do the job reasonably well.
