JaiLai
From Nong Khai can you nip into Laos and out on the same day? or must it be an overnight stay? I have a 1 year non "o" ME. Has anyone experienced any hassle at this border crossing? is there a better one that could be recommended? This will be start of March. Thanks. elviajero
You should have no problem exiting and immediately re-entering at that border crossing. It is one of the best to use.

Bank book and bank letter to prove 800k baht in the bank or income letter to prove 65k baht income or a combination of the 2 totaling 800k baht.

leyali
Im always going to Nong Khan for my 90 day Non O visa run, and always do it my own. Normally it is done in 1 hour back in Thailand. All you need it's 20 baht for the bus over the bridge and again for the way back.

JaiLai
Made visa run today, very painless, leaving Thai until returning 1 hour.No hassle about going in and out at either border. There were people walking across the bridge ( Laos to Thai ), not for me though must be about 2km from immigration to immigration. Thanks
