Northeast to experience 4-8 degrees drop in temperature today

BANGKOK: -- The country's northeast region will experience a sharp drop in temperatures of up to 8 degrees Celsius from today while other regions, except the South, will feel cooler with a drop from 4-6 degrees the next day, the Meteorological Department said today.

PHUKET:-- Australian tourist Thomas Keating yesterday accepted a plea of guilty to the charge of reckless driving causing death for the jet-ski accident last Sunday that killed his girlfriend of two years, Emily Collie, 20, in a move that police say will expedite proceedings against him.
