Unless ones suffering from Verbal Diarrhea whats wrong with Estate Agent. Or should it be House n Property Sales. "Real" seems odd to me.!! Why not ask why we all drive motor cars when in reality they are engine cars. Numerous anomalies in everyday speak. Bit like Stonehenge ... no one knows why, it just is.
