If they actually put them underground on Pattaya Second Road it would be nice if they improved the sidewalks at the same time--which would be a good time to do it. Disgraceful for such a major, major road with so many pedestrians having to walk in the street in places where there are no sidewalks at all. We wait with bated breath for the day of organised power cables. They don't have a standard infrastructure which makes things so much more slower and yes therefore more expensive.
