RTN told to submit submarine acquisition plan to cabinet this month

BANGKOK: -- Defence Minister Prawit Wongsuwan has sent a signal to the Royal Thai Navy to submit to the cabinet this month its proposal to purchase a submarine from China otherwise it will miss out from the deliberations of this fiscal year’s budget.
