I don't think it's the sex that amazes people as much as the despicable behavior of any criminal group drawn to easy tourist dollars anywhere in the world.  The difference in Pattaya is the lack of give-a-damn on the part of the authorities who (in theory) get paid to give a damn.

Just how big an area does Pattaya cover? from this post and the area that the poster has either read about or frequented sounds very small, beach road to walking street? very seedy, but then it caters for folks like the OP who like to frequent these areas!

To some! Pattaya actually covers a very large area with excellent cosmopolitan areas with high standards of living, great golf courses, great restaurants etc, some folks need to drag themselves away from the "vice"! smell the flowers! there are some great places in Pattaya, loose the negativity! you will feel better for it!

Mind! If you do feel like indulging :) you don't have far to go for a great choice - but then it is just that - your choice!

Agree on the article. Why anyone buys the Mirror is a mystery. 

 

As for capital - depends on how you define the measurement, But for shear numbers then India has by far the most. But they don't get the attention for it because it's not internationally known as a tourist attraction. Massive sex industry but you never hear of sex tourists to India!

Many countries could rival and beat Thailand - but they're all happy to let Thailand take the heat and focus.

Last night a farang paid for the complete bar staff to leave a Jomtien bar and go back to his rented house to party.

Eye witness reports that about 15 girls were cavorting naked or semi-naked in the house pool at about 5 in the morning. 

I personally heard the shrill excited screaming going on  --some voices definetly deeper than the majority --bar must have some lady-boys. 

The host farang--nationality perhaps Irish but not certain - was in the midst of the pool splash -"looking happy"and having a 

good deal of attention.

So once again we see that Jomtien is the "up and coming" place for the not so cheap Charlies.
