I was in Myanmar recently and the place is a gold mine although still much 3rd world.  But the girls even in the cities mostly do not have cell phones as they cannot afford them.  They actually look at you and smile and are approachable.

smartphones. sex. eating. shitting. sleeping. and for intellectual exercise.... get drunk or wasted.

 

then travel somewhere, anywhere... but bring along your smartphone.

It took about two months for Thailand to go to the toilet after affordable android phones and data plans were introduced. I suspect Myanmar will follow soon.

About 51% of thai woman ( or any for that matter)   I wouldn't want sex with them either..
