I hope you done your TM-30 as they might fine you for this as well  (800 bhat) when you go for the extension

Did an extension on a visa excempt, 10 days ago, at Chiangwattana. Total time: 23 minutes, including ques before opening... 0 questions, very friendly officers.

Landlords/ building management are meant to do a TM30, not the person staying there.

I understand that however maybe he lives with his lady friend and she doesn't know of this rule.
