Help on Translation (and preparation of this Thai product)

Hi!

 

I would really appreciate help in translating this picture of a label in a product bought from Thailand.

 

The translation will already help me a lot in finding ways on how to prepare this crepe-like food. But if you already have an idea, I'll appreciate it! I've also been searching all over the net on how to prepare this dried coconut with sesame seeds crepe or pancake like product that is sealed. This was given to us by a relative from a vacation in Thailand and we both have no idea how to prepare this properly. Tried deep frying and toasting it but it just turned black. Thank you!

Rice powder (brown)40%, sticky sugar 30%, salt 2%, (like) sesame seads 8%, coconut 20%.
