So Alcohol sales may be banned, or they may not be.... Songkran may be in Kao San Road or it may not be... It might be a bright festival or it may not be... all as clear as usual

Perfectly clear to me........One side of Khaosan road will be closed, while the other side will be open.........

I thought the would cancel this festival (Water war) in honor to the deceased King.

Me too. I am out for 3 weeks. Let the backpacker , druggists take over for a week. I am outa here. 

Personally i find it very difficult to beleive they could or would actually cancell it.
