OJAS Posted April 5, 2017 Share Posted April 5, 2017 Strikes me as decidedly off if no-one knew about today's exceptional closure in advance - after all the electricity cable rerouting which has led to it was presumably scheduled for today some time ago. That said, no blame can be attached to Jomtien, of course, if the PEA failed to provide them with sufficient forewarning of the rerouting (and its temporary consequences for their electricity supply).
