Why do I get a "Pishing URL Message" when on TVF?

  I'm using Kaspersky and I'm quite happy with it. But it happens too often that web pages from TVF can't be assessed, without giving the allowance

 

        that it's a "safe side." What's TVF doing that a very good AV system puts these web pages on hold?
