 And some generate the situation whereby they can go tight ahead (morals and ethics be damned) and change the laws according to their current desires, and everybody is too frightened to challenge them.

And would you trust him to abide by such an agreement?

 

And do you believe he would not quickly find or generate a way, probably openly, to milk the system so the money involved in these ventures / projects goes out the back door and back into his vault?
