toenail Posted May 8, 2017 Share Posted May 8, 2017 Since the junta took control of the "Wild Wild West", you think we would see great improvement in infrastructure and city management. Nope! (same-same) Remember in February the new mayor, Maj. Gen. Anan Charoenchasri , said great improvements would take place. I really believed in the guy.
