Pattaya "Marina" plans for Bali Hai port area nothing but a shambles

Since the junta took control of the "Wild Wild West", you think we would see great improvement in infrastructure and city management. Nope! (same-same) Remember in February the new mayor, Maj. Gen. Anan Charoenchasri , said great improvements would take place. I really believed in the guy.  Maintenance, city projects completed on time and with top quality is NOT in the thinking of these locals.
