NAKHON SAWAN: -- Two families from Nakhon Sawan province have sought help from Paveena Hongsakula Foundation, claiming that their young daughters were sexually molested by their school director.

Parents of the two students reportedly told the foundation that, beginning in March, the two students returned homes from the school, whose name was not disclosed, with a token amount of cash almost every day.

They said they were curious and asked where the girls got the money and they were told that the school director gave them. When pressed more about why, the girls said they were sexually molested by the director.

Complaints were separately lodged with Chumsaeng district police on March 13 and the two girls were subject to body examination to determine whether they were sexually molested or not as alleged.

So a complaint was lodged with the police on March 13th and they have done precisely nothing. The cops are real quick to jump on any farang that does anything like this, but the victims family always seem to need to crate a public outcry before they do anything if a local is involved. It's as if the cops think "A Thai person couldn't have done this." Disgraceful.

Thai Police aren't cops. They want to negotiate a solution and they keep 20%. Criminality doesn't play a part.

Whats with the 20% fee.......more like 50%.....they do have considerable overheads :)

The parents sent their kids to school for this...?

A place of trust for education and development has turn into a hellish nightmare for these girls.

I hope that the Thai justice system will come down doubly hard when staffs in these government institutes commit disgusting crimes like this

The moral decline continues........and they say when foreigners think of this country, they think of sex........yeah right!

The moral of LOS has not been declining in the recent years as this has been going on for decades with the cover up by the BIB and village leaders because they themselfs are also involved in similar incidences. The reason that you hear about it more is now most people have phones with video and photo app on them and the media are also reporting about it more.In the 1976s and 1970s many people knew of several full casinos operating in town and several privet houses where the higher ups kept their young girls and boys for their pleasure.

Yes it has been going for a very long time in Thailand but I do think that is more widespread than it was.  All the social media, cameras etc. means that not only are incidents highlighted but they also send the message that these things are everyday occurrences and therefore acceptable.

When my Thai born son was taken from me, without my consent as a fathers, I repeatedly sought the assistance of the Paveena foundation.

My persistent requests for help plus my growing concerns for my sons welfare, fell on deaf ears.

In my opinion, the foundation is just a front and to be honest, do very little in the way of assisting families.

I wish the two families luck, but I for one, wouldn't hold my breath for positive action.

I had a girlfriend in Dau Tan years ago that was being screwed molested by her school  principal when she was young - when she told him "No, I want to be a virgin for my husband"   he told her that the hymen would grow back, she believed him.  Her father found out about the affair and raised hell, deaf ears because the Puu Yai Cool had then became the Mayor of Sattahip .     I think this is the real reason back then a lot of these girls migrated to the bars - old fashion values mandated she be a virgin before marraige, no one would want them after losing her virginity  -  so they were told.  Never ending loop in Thailand.
