Driver denies trying to flee after killing pedestrian in Nonthaburi

BANGKOK: -- A motorist allegedly attempted to flee the scene after hitting and killing a pedestrian in Nonthaburi’s Bang Bua Thong district on Friday morning, but his car then hit a motorcyclist before crashing into a power pole 500 metres away.

Underage girls in Mae Hong Son prostitution ring identify officials

BANGKOK: -- UNDERAGE victims in the Mae Hong Son forced prostitution ring have identified five officials from the Tambon Ban Mai Administrative Organisation in Nonthaburi’s Bang Yai district who allegedly bought sex services from them, a police source said on Friday.

Ombudsman to discuss complaint against purchase of submarine
