Hi, Has anyone stayed at the new UNISERV and can share what it's like? I used to stay at the old building. Is the old building still used for lodging?

 

I'm also interested in Chom Doi condos on Phucome intersection. If you have a unit there, would you pls PM?

I used to stay at the old Uniserv building. But the rental at the new building is too expensive, for this price, you can get stay elsewhere at a cheaper rate.

 

The problem still remains ie. noise from your neighbours when some people decide to watch TV during early morning.

 

Old building have been refurbished and rental fees has gone up so look elsewhere.
