you're right. Trump's twisted logic goes something like this (though he's hard to decipher, because he's such a poor speaker):

The NYT (which Trump hates because they report truths) will want Trump to be a candidate and win in 2020, because (according to weirdo Trump) the NYT needs the publicity that Trump will generate - in order to stay in business.

It's triple weird, because Trump has repeatedly voiced hopes that the NYT (and Wash.Post, and CNN and MSNBC) to go out of business (similar to how he wants to shut down any investigations of his crooked self).   'The best jobs president ever' (his words) wants US businesses to go out of business, thereby flooding the unemployment rolls.   Go figure.

Would love to see a quote or the actual footage. If not it's hearsay. I would highly doubt a Dem would know what goes on with republican congressmen.

The Bernie quote was on one of the satire shows, possibly Real Time.  The Pelosi statement was on either Daily Show (when Stewart was still on) or Colbert Report, early 2013 or possibly late 2012.  If you find them post the links.

The GOP is pretty open about being "the best governance money can buy."  Boehner was once scolded for handing out tobacco company payoff envelopes right on the floor of the House.

In the recent interview, 16 times Trump said, "there is no collusion"  ....even though the interviewer didn't ask about collusion.   Is Trump sick in the brain, or just stupid?

He's trying the Jedi mind trick, except he's an idiot so it backfires.

Report: Russia accuses US of 'direct interference' in election

Russia is accusing the United States of "direct interference" in its upcoming presidential elections. This comes after the State Department criticized Russia’s decision to bar Alexa Navalny from running against Vladimir Putin.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova wrote on Facebook, "This State Department statement, which I'm sure will be repeated, is a direct interference in our electoral process and internal affairs."

JUST IN: White House Issues Critical Update on Trump’s Physical Health

This year, there were several instances when Trump’s mind seemed to float somewhere in space.  During these alleged “senior moments,” Trump wandered off before security led him back on the right path.  In one occurrence, he appeared to forget where he was on the tarmac after deplaning.

Thinking from Scott Adams creator of Dilbert.

Did you once believe…

Trump will never win the GOP nomination.

Trump will never win the presidency.

Stocks will drop if Trump is elected.

President Trump will deport ten million illegal immigrants.

Trump will be gone (impeached, jailed, or quit) by end of 2017.

Trump’s immigration ban on several Muslim countries will be found unconstitutional.

Trump colluded with Russia, and that’s a crime.

Trump obstructed justice (a crime) by firing Comey.

Trump’s skills as a “con man” might get him elected but it won’t transfer into doing the job of president.

Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel will cause huge problems.

Trump’s tweeting will cause huge problems.

GOP will never embrace Trump.

Trump will get nothing important done.

Trump will not work effectively with leaders of other countries.

GOP senators will vote against GOP priorities because of President Trump’s mean tweets.

Trump will not nominate qualified judges to the Supreme Court.

Trump is incompetent.

Presidential approval polls are a good predictor of how a president will perform.

The military won’t follow Trump’s orders.

GDP will never stay above 3%.

Most of you were wrong.

I've been wrong about things, .....even some things related to Trump.

However, your list is misleading.  It assumes all the things you list are mistaken.  They're not.  The first few items are on the mark, but the remaining items are off-base.  If I was your English teacher, I'd give you a D on that mini-thesis.

That sounds like the bleating of a Trump fan.  When they have no sensible response, they devolve to gender-shaming or name-calling.

Surely there are no Trump fans? I find that very hard to believe. How awful for them. Do they get care in the community?

Here's just a few statements at the end of the list.

GOP senators will vote against GOP priorities because of President Trump’s mean tweets. (Passed Tax Reform)

Trump will not nominate qualified judges to the Supreme Court. (Gorsuch)

Trump is incompetent. (Subjective. Anyway, this would require a vote in Congress or by the VP and a majority of the cabinet impeachment. )

Presidential approval polls are a good predictor of how a president will perform. (The polls  have been proven wrong. Go ask Clinton.)

The military won’t follow Trump’s orders. (They are following is orders)

GDP will never stay above 3%. ( It is above 3% and expected to remain so the foreseeable future

Grade F. I suggest you try another career,

The Chirping Chief. This chat happens all time in Washington. Trump's simply yanking everybody around, staying visible, sucking the air out the news by using social media. We have the internet, more then three networks over TV Towers. He's a disruptive visionary. His tweets do get responses and challenges, so everybody is in game. We live in a mobile age with instant communication. We don't need the middle bloated 'fourth estate'. There are blogs, forums, Reddit, ThaiVisa, or thousands more voices.

Where do you get these fake predictions from. As for Gorsuch, this is a judge who voted in favor of an employer who fired an employee, a trucker, because that employee chose not to risk freezing to death. Gorsuch was the only judge out of nine who voted that way. And Trump represents his appointment as a triumph? Some defender of working people he is turning out to be.
