Well, I've got these strings on my shoes that keep making me trip. I hope he has time to explain this process to me too (life is tough when you're falling on your ass constantly) :(

I am surprised thunder storms are allowed.

Well, if he can't stop them, I'm sure he will try to them being reported.

Bringing happiness to the people!!!!

The PMs talents know no bounds, how did Thailand manage before he came along?

Well i still remember our livingroom filled with water or riots on the mainroads.  Also when the police stopped me daily to get a bribe.

And that all is just a few years ago.

Also the PM advised people to put on their trousers before the shoes....

"The Prime Minister has warned the general public against thunderstorms..."

Obviously he realizes, after the last 10 years of politics and government, that the general public is too stupid to know that they need to get out of a thunderstorm and away from lightening.

I'm surprised the schools don't teach a song about that. Along with "Don't use a lighter when checking the amount of fuel in the tank".

I warned my dog Blackie to stay away from thunder during storms, but she continues to bark at them. At least now I can tell her the PM has warned her to stay away. Thanks PM.

I don't like the guy as much as most of us! BUT - In all fairness, there are MANY headlines and journalist quotes in these pages, that are obviously translation errors and as such - IMHO - should be treated accordingly eg. with a bit of latitude.

on the radio programs they will announce this kind of stuff and then list out every amphoe or province that might possibly be involved.

watch out for thunderstorms in Chai Nat Province, Chaiyaphum Province, Chanthaburi Province, Chiangmai Province, Chiangrai Province, Chonburi Province........ even if it takes what seems forever and no one could possibly be listening to it.

but how about picking up the trash in my ****village****

forget about the amphoes and provinces...

in my village!

so we don't have to burn it, Big Daddy how about that?

When the Prime Ministry must take on the role of head patron and chide countrymen to the dangers of everyday occurrences, you know the country has just taken it's first steps on the road to Nanny-state-dom.

"...and if you on golf course, be wary, wary careful if swing golf club.  I learn this from watch funny movie Caddyshack."

Not all Thai have internet and loads of tv-channels...so it's good if he warns them.

I just wished he ordered all temporary advertisings along the roads to be removed, during a storm they fly all over the place.

If they don't have internet or tv, then they probably won't know about his warning.

Well every fridaynight mr Prayuth speaks on ALL radiochannels for more than an hour. Saturdaymorning they repeat it.

Somebody must be listening to him i guess...probably the people without internet or tv.
