Six army troopers were injured in a roadside bomb explosion in the municipal area of Yala’s Muang district on Monday.

 

The six soldiers were riding on three motorcycles on a patrol mission in Muang district. As they were approaching the Dawah centre in Ban Suansom, suspected militants who laid in wait there detonated a 20-kg explosive device hidden in bush by the roadside with a cellphone.
