2 Year Extension of Stay Procedure & Requiements

Featured Replies

I know its possible to get a 2 year extension and work permit. But I'm not sure if everyone can get it or there are specific requirements you need to meet to get one. Can someone help me out with this information? Thank you

This is only possible for BOI or IEAT registered companies and certain directorships.

a Google or ThaiVisa search is your frenemy:

...and a post from the third topic thread of someone who has one:

Two year extensions are definitely doable at Chamchuri (see photo of my passport). Side benefit is your re-entry also runs for two years. Half the paperwork over a two year period, and only one page required instead of two in your passport.
