I have a Non-O visa which I recently extended for 60 days. I will go get a 1 year extension at the end of 60 days. Will they give me the extension right away, or will they still go through the 30 day review process?

Also, do they give a 1 year extension from the end of 60 days, or do the start counting they 1 year from the issue date of the original visa?

Thank you,

I assume you are applying for an extension stay based upon marriage.

If you are you will get a under consideration stamp with a report back date on it 30 days from when you do the application or from the date your current permit to stay ends dependent upon where you apply.

All extensions of stay start from the date your current permit to stay ends. In your case it will be at the end of the 60 day extension.
